Refund policy

We’re a small, family-run shop (not a giant corporation), so here’s the deal:

Wrong item? Damaged? Our bad🙈 We’ve got you! Just reach out within 7 days of receiving your product and we will make it right!

Buyers remorse? Although this is GREAT for character development, sadly it does not qualify as a return. The bottom line - we can’t accept returns or exchanges if you’ve simply changed your mind🤷🏽♀️

Please double-check your sizes, colors, and shipping address before ordering, we make each item just for you!
If you accidentally chose the wrong size, changed your mind, or decided the style isn’t “you” after all, we unfortunately can’t offer returns or exchanges.
